Before filling the form with your proposal, please take some time to read the instructions given below:
  • First, define the scope and objectives of the workshop that you wish to conduct. The workshops should preferably (not necessarily) be in line with the conference theme – Bench to Bedside: Physiology in Healthcare;
  • The principal facilitator will be responsible for all the organizing and managing charge, including managing the finances.
  • A complete audit of the finances generated through registration fees shall be submitted to the conference finance committee, within forty-eight (48) hours of the summing up of workshop.
  • The host institution can take the responsibility of the primary expenditure of the workshop, and the conference organizing committee or the FMHCMD shall not claim any share;
  • But, the revenue generated through the registration fees shall be shared amongst the two parties – the host institution/ facilitator and the conference organizing committee such that 90% will be claimed by the organizing committee, and 10% can be kept in-hand by the facilitator/ host institution, for any primary workshop expenses compensation. Complete audit of the expenditure of the 10% kept shall be provided to the financial committee of the conference within 48 hours, as stated earlier;
  • Please make sure to add all the details without any error, as the details will be printed on the workshop flyer as they are in this form.
  • You should submit the form at least one month before the conduction of the workshop. And it is necessary to use only the official flyer that will be provided by the conference organizing committee.
  • Workshops/ Webinars can be organized between 01st May, 2025 and 02nd October, 2025.
