POSTER PRESENTATION
Printed posters will be displayed in the designated Poster Area during official congress hours and breaks. Authors are strongly encouraged to stand by their posters during these times for informal discussions and to respond to audience questions.
Poster presenters should check in at the Poster Help Desk in the Poster Area to confirm their assigned board number and display location.
Poster Hours:
Shift 1
- Mounting: Saturday, 04 October 2025, from 08:00 AM
- Dismantling: Saturday, 04 October 2025, between 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Shift 2
- Mounting: Sunday, 05 October 2025, from 08:00 AM
- Dismantling: Sunday, 05 October 2025, between 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Poster Board Assignments
- Each presenter will receive a confirmation email with their assigned shift and poster board number closer to the event date.
- On-site, presenters may also confirm their board number at the Poster Board Help Desk.
- Posters must be mounted on the correct board number as assigned.
Poster Format & Display Requirements
Posters must be prepared according to the following specifications:
- Orientation: Portrait
- Maximum Dimensions: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height)
- The title and authors’ names should be clearly displayed at the top, consistent with the submitted abstract.
- All text and visuals should be legible from a distance of at least two meters.
- Use bold fonts, large text sizes, and clear illustrations to ensure visibility.
Mounting Materials & On-Site Support
Double-sided tape, tacks, and technical materials will be available at the venue for poster mounting.
Support staff will be present in the poster area to assist with setup or other logistical needs.
Note: Once your abstract has been accepted for presentation, you will be sent a confirmation email, which will also include the directions to submit your presentation. Please follow those instructions and submit a digital copy of your poster in time. Timely submission is required for inclusion in the official program and on-site planning.
