Registrations
- All team members must complete individual registration. However, the abstract should be submitted by only one designated team member on behalf of the group.
- Participants who do not wish to compete but would like to attend the conference may register as Observers.
- The registration fee is provided on the official conference poster and within the registration form.
- The Early Bird Registration Deadline is 14th September 2025, and the Regular Registration Deadline is 23rd September 2025. After this date, the registration portal will be closed, and no further applications will be accepted.
- Please note that the submission fee is separate from the registration fee, and details are provided within the abstract submission form.
